We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all digital programs purchased from hummand.bio.
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Refunds are granted only if you have not substantially consumed the program content (defined as completing more than 25% of modules or downloading more than 25% of materials).

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Completed Programs: If you have completed more than 25% of the program content, we cannot process a refund.
- After 7 Days: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be honored.
- Free Content: Articles, self-assessments, and other free resources are not subject to refunds (as they are free).
- Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased through a third-party platform, their refund policy applies.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Amount
- Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
